Shipping and delivery policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
VoltKit sells digital credits only. There are no physical goods: nothing is shipped, there is no shipping charge and no delivery address is needed. This page explains how and when what you pay for reaches your VoltKit account. Prices are on the pricing page.
1. What is delivered, and where
- Credits go to the wallet of the VoltKit account you were signed in to when you paid. Your VoltKit Wallet balance, purchases and usage are shown under Wallet in your console.
- RTC minutes, paid directly in INR through Razorpay, are added where you choose when you buy them: your account balance, which your RTC projects can draw from, or one RTC project.
- SVGA files, made for free within your account limits, appear on the public Tools → SVGA Maker page after you sign in, ready to download.
Delivery is online only, to your account, wherever you can sign in.
2. When credits arrive
Credits are added once your payment is confirmed:
- Usually within seconds. When you finish paying in the Razorpay window, your browser hands the payment back to VoltKit, our server checks with Razorpay that it was received in full, and the credits are added. The Wallet page then shows your new balance.
- If the window closed first, for example after a dropped connection or a closed tab, Razorpay also notifies our server directly, and the credits are added automatically, usually within a few minutes.
Each payment is credited once, however many times it is confirmed.
3. RTC minutes
Minute bundles are paid directly in INR on the Buy minutes page of the RTC dashboard, which a project's Minutes tab also opens. You choose where they go: your account balance, shared by every project that uses it, or one project. After payment verification, the minutes are added there and do not expire. A temporary RTC outage shows as Completing and is retried automatically with the same grant reference. A definite delivery rejection initiates a refund to the original payment method. Historical credit/hour purchases keep their original delivery and wallet-refund terms.
4. SVGA files
A conversion starts when you upload a clip in SVGA Maker and usually finishes within a few minutes. The finished .svga file is listed in your SVGA Maker history, where you can download it after signing in on the Tools page. Conversions are free with daily and monthly account limits. Keep your own copy of the files you need.
5. If something has not arrived
If you paid and the credits are not in your wallet an hour later, email contact@voltkit.in or open a ticket under Support in your dashboard, with:
- the Razorpay payment ID, which starts with
pay_and is in Razorpay's payment confirmation - the date and amount of the payment
- the email address of your VoltKit account
We check the payment with Razorpay and either add the credits or refund the payment in full, and reply within 3 business days. Refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy.
