01

Start with the experience

A gift brief is easier to assess when it describes a real screen and a real moment. Tell us whether the gift is a compact reaction, a creator milestone or a full-screen animation. Include the audience, your brand colours, any required words and examples you have permission to share.

  • A branded celebration for a live-streaming creator community.
  • A regional festival or birthday gift for social audio rooms.
  • A mascot reaction, achievement or seasonal collection for your own app.
02

Include the delivery requirements

Name your target platforms and animation player, the format you need, the intended canvas size, duration and file-size budget. If you need editable source files or a runtime 3D model, say so explicitly: the ready-made catalogue primarily supplies rendered images and animations.

  • Concept and count: one gift, a family of variants or a themed collection.
  • Playback: web, Android, iOS or Flutter, with your intended player.
  • Constraints: dimensions, timing, transparency, text, accessibility and maximum file size.
  • Schedule: your preferred delivery date and any review milestones.
03

Agree the scope before work starts

An enquiry is a conversation, not an order. Availability, feasibility, delivery, revisions and licensing need written agreement. Mention any exclusivity or source-file requirements in the brief; a standard catalogue licence does not grant either automatically.

  • Use the prepared enquiry form below; an account is not required to contact sales.
  • We review the concept and clarify missing requirements through the ticket thread.
  • Proceed only once scope, commercial terms and delivery expectations are agreed.

Gift questions

Does sending a brief place an order?

No. It opens a sales enquiry. We need to confirm feasibility, availability, scope, delivery and terms before any custom work is agreed.

Can I request exclusive artwork or editable source files?

You can include those requirements in your enquiry. They need a separate written agreement and are not included automatically with a catalogue purchase.

Can I enquire without an account?

Yes. The sales support form accepts guest enquiries. Sign in is required to view catalogue gift prices and buy ready-made gifts.
